The Certified Appraisers Guild of America is a national organization which educates and certifies Personal Property Appraisers and Auctioneers.  The quality of their training programs and Certifications are recognized World Wide. Phyllis holds the "Certified Personal Property Appraiser" Certification from The Certified Appraisers Guild of America. She is a member in good standing of this National Organization.
