Dear Phyllis: 

Where do I begin to let you and your business know what you mean to me?  During my emotionally up and down times, physically being drained, and mentally being numb at times, to have your ‘Pros’ come in and handle my Mom’s home and belongings with respect and care goes beyond what I could have ever imagined.  Texas Pro On The Go handled the organization with such efficiency that it was amazing.  With the orderliness of my Mom’s entire home’s possessions, the process of matching like items, pulling out personal items needing attention by family, pricing, advertising, and down to the details of the traffic flow in and out and matching outfits for the staff that worked the sale made the event a great success.  Phyllis, your professionalism toward me was so appreciated.  More than that though, your sensitivity to my wishes and desires was such a relief.  Several times you and your team went beyond the call of duty to take care of an issue.  It gave me the confidence that I never doubted that you were working for me and your client’s best interest. 

Was the event without bumps in the road?  No, but when they arose, your staff knew what to do and you knew how to handle it in a professional, appropriate way.  Your eye for safety was noticed also and that is so important.  Your ‘team’ is a great attribute to your business along with your husband coming along side you to help!  Whether you were battling wasp or finding more memories for me to have, you were there either with your exterminating hat on or a tissue to share!
